By placing an order with our store, you agree to the following terms.

Returns

We accept returns only in cases where:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • An error was made on our side

To request a return, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide proof of the issue.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchases made by the customer
  • Orders no longer wanted after shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.

Approved cancellations may receive:

  • Store credit, or
  • A partial refund equal to 90% of the original purchase amount

The remaining 10% covers non-refundable payment processing fees, transaction costs, and administrative expenses.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to an error on our side, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue
  • a description of the problem

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
